Pathways to Career Readiness: An Education and Workforce Development Symposium will be held February 10 and 11, 2022 at the Hershey Lodge and Convention Center. The thirty first annual symposium will begin at 12:30 p.m. on February 10, 2022 and will conclude at noon on February 11, 2022.

Symposium Description: Students entering the workforce of tomorrow will face challenges much different than workers of the past. These challenges will impact new workers whether they enter the workforce directly from high school or after earning a two- or four-year degree. Schools and workforce agencies must work to develop new pathways to help students. Local, state and national leaders will present best practices to help students be career ready.
