1. What new Connex3 palette offerings are available?

There are ten new palettes available for Connex3 technology, expanding the Connex3 digital material offerings to over 1,000. The new offering includes four rigid and six flexible palettes.

Flexible palettes

The three clear color palettes offer 72 colors each and are built with TangoPlusTM and combinations of VeroCyan, VeroMagenta
and VeroYellow. These palettes introduce a worldwide first: the capability to 3D print a range of vibrant and translucent colors in nine
Shore A values (Shore A 27-95) including two new Shore A values: Shore A 30 and Shore A 35.

  • Cyan, magenta, TangoPlus (blue, warm blues, purples and magenta and a range of clear-tinted, rubber-like versions
    of those colors)
  • Magenta, yellow, TangoPlus (magenta, reds, oranges and yellows and a range of clear-tinted, rubber-like versions
    of those colors)
  • Yellow, cyan, TangoPlus (yellow, greens and cool blues and a range of clear-tinted, rubber-like versions of those colors)
  • The three black flexible color palettes offer 68 colors each and are built with TangoBlackTM Plus and combinations of the same
  • Vero colors (VeroCyan, VeroMagenta and VeroYellow). These palettes offer multiple Shore A values and a range of colors, though
    the softer Shore A values produce dark colors. For the first time, with these palettes, customers can 3D print a wide range of vibrant colors and subtle dark shades in the same model with TangoBlack Plus in seven Shore A values.

  • The four new rigid palette offerings include 45 colors each and combine VeroWhite and VeroBlack with color or clear.
  • Cyan, black, white (blue and bluish grays)
  • Magenta, black, white (magenta and pinkish grays)
  • Yellow, black, white (yellow and yellowish grays)Black, white, clear (black, white and shades of gray, all in various tints to clear) –
  • this palette includes a sleek, reflective luster – perfect for consumer electronics and automotive prototypes

2. When should the new Connex3 palettes be used?

Application best fits for the new Connex3 palettes include:
